How I Found Myself As A Photographer
I’ve always been involved with or interested in photography in some form or another. I started with my a simple 35mm film point and shoot and using my mothers Canon T50, went through a few point and shoot cameras while I served in the Air Force, along with some SLR’s I was able to borrow from friends, but it wasn’t until college that I would pick up my first DSLR.
Graphic Art was my main focus of study, but as I began to try to mock up advertising for local companies as projects, I was finding that I wasn’t completely happy with the images I was finding in the area. Nothing seamed to define the local area, and stock images felt to generic. Now, I’m interested and invested into every angle of photography.
